Have a voice in Oregon’s emergency nursing. You are invited to attend our 1st annual Oregon ENA General Assembly on Friday, July 17, 2020 from 1-5pm. With COVID-19 restrictions, we will be using Zoom as a virtual platform for the General Assembly. Email secretary@oregon-ena.org to register and receive a Zoom meeting link.

What is the Oregon General Assembly? The Oregon General Assembly is a way for emergency nurses to influence the direction of both the profession of emergency nursing in Oregon as well as the direction of the Oregon Emergency Nurses Association. Emergency nurses in Oregon are encouraged to submit resolutions that can be debated and voted on during the General Assembly.  Any member of Oregon ENA can submit a resolution which will be discussed by delegates at the General Assembly.  Delegates can then vote on whether to adopt the resolution.  If the resolution is adopted, it gives the leadership of Oregon ENA an idea of what things are important to members and what the members would like to improve emergency nursing in the state.

We will be recognizing the Oregon Emergency Nurse of the Year during the Oregon General Assembly and taking nominations for the 2021 Oregon ENA State Council.

We hope to “see” you at the Oregon General Assembly!
