OR ENA State General Assembly Delegates needed

On July 17, 2020, Oregon ENA will be holding the first annual OR ENA State General Assembly! In accordance with the new national and state bylaws for ENA, this is how chapters have the opportunity to exercise their voting power to make their voices heard as we advance the profession of emergency nursing here in Oregon.
In accordance with our state bylaws, each chapter has a delegation which is made up of its elected board of directors to speak for their represented members of their chapter at the General Assembly. There is also a large number of OR Emergency Nurses Association members who are not affiliated with a chapter and our bylaws also provide them with a delegation to provide them with an equal voice at the assembly. For those members, not affiliated with a local chapter, can apply to be a delegate at the General Assembly and represent the unaffiliated members of the state of Oregon.
Please use the attached application form to apply and join us on July 17, 2020 from 1-4pm for our virtual General Assembly meeting. The application deadline is June 29, 2020 with delegates being notified on July 1.
