Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (Infusion) to join our clinical team in Springfield, OR. The RN will administer infusion therapies, monitor patient responses, and collaborate with providers to ensure safe and effective care.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer infusion therapies and monitor patient reactions.
• Analyze patient information and laboratory data to determine appropriate dosing protocols.
• Communicate with PCP regarding patient circumstances and lab results requiring attention.
• Triage patient issues during clinic visits and over the phone.
• Recognize unusual medication responses and escalate to attending physician.
• Arrange patient follow-up and determine visit frequency based on clinical data.
• Educate patients and assess interdisciplinary service needs.
• Identify symptoms of GI/GU bleeding and initiate urgent referrals.
• Document all medication doses, reactions, and follow-up visits accurately.
• Maintain confidentiality and participate in professional development.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (minimum).
• Experience: IV experience required; hospital or infusion nursing preferred.
• Licenses/Certifications:Active Oregon RN License
• Basic Life Support (BLS) – training provided if needed
