Job Title: Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Springfield, OR

Start Date: ASAP (allow 4 weeks for compliance)

Shift: 4x10 Days (06:45–17:15)

We are seeking an experienced Operating Room RN to join a high-performing surgical team in a full-service OR environment. This role is ideal for nurses with strong circulating and scrubbing experience who are comfortable managing complex cases in a fast-paced trauma-certified facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Circulate and scrub independently in a full-service OR across multiple specialties
• Manage 1:1 nurse-to-patient ratios in high-acuity surgical settings
• Participate in bi-weekly Monday orientations (e.g., 10/27, 11/10)
• Take up to four 8-hour on-call shifts per 4-week cycle
• Document and manage patient care using Epic EMR

Required Qualifications:

• Active RN license (pending license accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of OR circulating experience in acute care; 3 years preferred
• 1 year of Epic charting experience
• Level I or II trauma experience
• BLS certification (ACLS preferred)

Specialty Experience Preferred:

• Orthopedics (including total joints)
• Neurosurgery (including craniotomies)
• General/Vascular
• GYN/Urology
• Robotics (experience with Xi robots)

Equipment Familiarity:

• Doppler, ultrasound, Neptune, Aquamantis
• Video systems, lasers, stapling systems
• Hana and Jackson tables

Additional Details:

• Facility runs 19–20 ORs daily with 50–60 cases
• Scrubs provided in OR
• Free parking available

• RTO requests considered case-by-case
