This is a “Field Based” position.

The Palliative Care Nurse will incorporate the understanding of palliative care philosophy and practice into the role of coordinating the care of palliative care patients. The Palliative Care Nurse will provide guidance and support to other palliative care team members in the overall delivery of services related to palliative care.

Top "Must Have" Skills for This Job:
1) Registered Nurse with a current license to practice in the state of Oregon
2) Minimum five years of recent clinical experience as RN, 2 years of hospice, oncology and/or home health preferred
3) Current Oregon driver’s license with access to reliable transportation with proof of current automobile insurance
4) Proficient knowledge of palliative care and end - of - life symptom management
5) Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse preferred
6) Knowledge of palliative and hospice medicine strongly preferred
